A Client Information Form (CIF) is a document used to collect and maintain essential information about clients who provide services to Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies. This information facilitates the secure electronic transfer of funds directly to the supplier's account.
Travel Agency Registration Form
All travel agencies operating in Jamaica are required to be registered with the Ministry of Tourism, as mandated by the Travel Agencies Regulation Act. If an agency intends to operate from multiple locations, separate registration applications must be submitted for each location.
Fiscal Incentives Forms
The Jamaican government's Productive Inputs Relief (PIR) scheme provides duty-free importation of certain goods for tourism accommodations and attractions, including hotels, resorts and other licensed tourism businesses. To access PIR in Jamaica's tourism sector, both accommodation and attraction sub-sectors must first be registered with the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB). Then, operators must complete the relevant Fiscal Incentives application form and submit it along with supporting documentation to the Ministry of Tourism.
